The stay was affordable and reasonable for a two night stay.. had facilities such as iron board, hair dryer and a common area to dine with family.. was a very good experience since it was raining we ordered pizza and sat at the baclony there to eat... But our stay was just two days before the horrible flood.. hence it was pouring heavily. During dawn when we woke up our room was filled with water.. my parents room there was water dripping causing bed to be wet . When we seek the staff early morning nobody was there and mentioned closed.. Not to condemn anyone it must have been awhole new experience for them as well.. but they cleaned our room by the time we returned from breakfast and gave a whole new room and shift all our things to a new room by the time we got back . Kudos to the prompt service.. i would choose it the next stay at Kuantan too.

I was traveling from JB to KB and decided to find a hotel to stay for the night in Kuantan. I called first just to confirm if there’s a room available able. (another hotel in Kuantan was listed as available but calling them ahead I found out they were actually fully booked) I got a double bed room and everything was okay and I believed I got the value for my money. The area is in a neighborhood so everything was nice and quite which was exactly what I was looking for. The guy at the counter was friendly enough and the stay was quite good if you are looking to rest.

I love the amount of plug socket we have in the room. there's plugs every corner which is sooo convenient for us who has 3 people that uses laptops and charging. the balcony has coway and mini oven. there's also plug socket there for mw to do work. the heater is adequate and the air-conditioning is good. most importantly the WIFI is superb! no hassle at all. the sky garden is also cute. the service given the staff was superb as well and manage to assist me throughout my stay effortlessly. thanks a lot.

Love that this time my quadruple room has fridge. wasn't expecting that. so that is nice. the double bed was prepared as requested. thank you so much! my other room got upgraded from twin to triple room which is nice. as usual the air conditioning, Wifi (so fast), water heater are all functioning. the smart tv is functioning. the water dispenser are always finctioning. this time, there's variety of beverages and instant noodles available to buy at the lobby. our stay was smooth and comfortable
